"Easy site, no real issues"
I found the lenses fast and checkout was easy. I’m kind of annoyed I wasted time on other sites before this, because this one didn’t give me any real problems.

I ordered contacts and thought the prescription check might slow everything down, but it ended up being easy. It went through faster than I expected and I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of extra back and forth, which I appreciated. I got updates along the way and my lenses shipped not long after. Even if there was a tiny bit of waiting, it wasn’t a big deal at all.

"Got Help Fast When I Needed It"
I had a quick question about my order, and they got back to me sooner than I expected. The response was clear and actually sounded like a real person, not some copied-and-pasted reply. "Felt like a bait and switch for the price"
I went in expecting a lot more based on the price, but it didn’t really feel worth it. It kind of had that bait and switch feeling where it seems like you’re getting something better, then the actual value is just meh

The return process itself was super easy, so I thought everything would be smooth. But then the refund took way longer than I expected, and I was checking my account like I was waiting for breaking news or something. It did eventually come through, but wow, the waiting part was a bit much

I ordered lenses from saveonlens.com and they’ve been great so far. They feel comfortable, my vision is clear, and I haven’t noticed any scratches or that dry, annoying feeling. The packaging was totally fine too. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and I’d definitely order again when I need more 🙂

I ordered my lenses from SaveOnLens, the boxes looked legit to me. They were sealed, had the usual markings, and I checked the codes too. I didn’t see nothing that looked obviously wrong.
That said, the packaging felt a little different from what I usually get in-store, so I can’t say I’m 100% sure. The lenses worked fine and didn’t give me no issues, but I’d still feel better if there was clearer proof they’re authentic.

"Got the wrong prescription in one box"
I ordered my usual contacts, but one of the boxes came with the wrong prescription, which was frustrating. Customer service did get it sorted out eventually, but I had to wait longer than expected — not the end of the world, just really annoying.
